AI Use & Acceptable Use Policy

How Soulmate Timing uses AI and the content rules that protect customers and others.

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This AI Use & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains how Soulmate Timing uses artificial intelligence and establishes the rules for information submitted to, and content generated by, the Service.

1. Clear AI Disclosure

Soulmate Timing uses generative AI as an assistive tool to create personalized soulmate portraits and written readings from the information supplied by a customer. The Service does not represent that a human psychic personally draws, predicts, or verifies each result.

Portraits are fictional, AI-assisted interpretations. They are not photographs of verified real people, facial-recognition results, or proof of a person’s identity. Written readings are interpretive entertainment content and do not guarantee future relationships, meetings, or life events.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to output made for other users. Customers should use the Service for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspiration only—not for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or consequential relationship decisions.

2. Production Model Disclosure

Soulmate Timing uses the following production models for paid fulfillment:

  • Written reading: OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna, model version and API identifier openai/gpt-5.6-luna.
  • Portrait and meeting-scene generation: OpenAI GPT Image 2, model version and API identifier openai/gpt-image-2.
  • Model developer and provider: Both models are developed and supplied by OpenAI.
  • API access source: We access both models through OpenRouter, a unified third-party API gateway. OpenRouter provides the API connection and billing layer; it is not the developer of these models.

The written reading and portrait are generated in separate steps so that each result can be validated and retried independently. If we materially replace a production model or API provider, we will update this section so that the published disclosure remains consistent with actual use.

Our database records the model and workflow version used for an order so that authorized administrators can investigate errors and maintain generation quality. This operational metadata is not presented as proof that an output is accurate or depicts a real person.

3. Permitted Use

You may submit your own information to request the personal entertainment report described at checkout and use the delivered report privately for non-commercial reflection. You must have the right to submit all information you provide.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not submit, request, generate, upload, share through, or use the Service for content or conduct involving:

  • sexual, pornographic, fetish, or other NSFW content;
  • sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or any unsafe content involving a child or person under 18, including CSAM;
  • graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of violence, or self-harm;
  • hate speech, dehumanization, discrimination, targeted harassment, or abuse;
  • impersonation of a real person, non-consensual deepfakes, face matching, identity claims, stalking, or attempts to identify an unknown person;
  • infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
  • fraud, deception, extortion, illegal activity, or evasion of law enforcement;
  • professional medical, legal, financial, diagnostic, or emergency advice;
  • collection or disclosure of another person’s highly sensitive information without a lawful basis and their permission; or
  • interference with the Service, attempts to bypass safety controls, automated abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.

Do not submit a real person’s photograph or ask us to reproduce a celebrity, former partner, private individual, or other identifiable person. The Service is designed to create fictional portraits based on general preferences, not to identify or impersonate someone.

5. Safety Review

We use structured-field validation, restricted generation workflows, provider safety features where available, access controls, and human review of flagged or exceptional orders. Not every item is reviewed by a person. Safety tools may make mistakes and do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

We may pause an order and request clarification when an optional question or other input presents a safety, rights, or compliance concern. We do not promise to generate every request.

6. Reporting Content

To report a concerning input, generated portrait, written reading, or suspected violation, email support@soulmatetiming.com. Include the order number, a description of the concern, and a copy or screenshot when appropriate. Do not resend illegal child-safety material; identify the order and nature of the concern instead.

We will review credible reports and may preserve relevant records where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, we may reject an input, stop generation, withhold or remove an output, place an order into manual review, suspend or terminate an account, block future use, preserve evidence, or report conduct to the appropriate authority when legally required.

A rejected request does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds are handled under the Terms of Service, including mandatory consumer rights. You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support with the order number and a concise explanation.

8. Privacy and Submitted Information

We process submitted information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use personal input to train AI models without separate, explicit consent. Please provide only information needed for the report and do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy as our production models, safety controls, or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
